Stopping Online Gaming

Since there are negative uses to this technology, there are ways you can get help, if you feel as if you may be addicted, you can get help at help groups, family members and friends, and if you a student at school as well. If you are addicted to online gaming, one of the first steps to help is realizing you are addicted, and that you need to stop. You can also go to therapy. If you feel the need to always be going onto the computer, you may want to sign up in an extra curricular activity to keep you mind of online gaming. When you do need to use the computer, try your hardest not to think of online gaming, maybe try to listen to some music to keep your mind off it. Also getting professional help is the best thing to do, it is the first thing recommended when you are addicted, and is most likely to work the best.
